Our Story
I’m Dr. Cécile Heinze—an advocate, educator, and visionary who believes in the power of neurodiversity to reshape our world.
My journey began with a deep desire to challenge systems that overlook potential and undervalue difference. Over the years, I’ve led teams, shaped programs, and mentored professionals across education, behavior analysis, and leadership—always with one goal: to create pathways where others saw obstacles.
As a board-certified behavior analyst and holder of a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in autism and transition planning
I’ve dedicated my life to reimagining what is possible for individuals and families navigating complex systems.My work has spanned classrooms, in-home settings, clinics, and corporate boardrooms—but the heart of it has always been the same: honoring every voice, every journey, and every dream.
