By accessing or using the Autisoul website, services, and any related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Introduction

At Autisoul, we provide support services for neurodiverse individuals, families, businesses, and schools. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any other related products we offer.

2. Use of Our Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • In any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors.
  • To transmit unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
  • To interfere with website or service operations.

3. Registration and Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

4. Services Provided

Autisoul provides services including consulting, coaching, training, educational support, and clinical services when explicitly indicated.

5. Payment; Fees; Billing; Collections

5.1 Fees Disclosed; Fee Schedule. Fees are disclosed in advance.

5.2 Payment Due. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Accepted Forms of Payment. Checks, Zelle, credit cards, debit cards, and ACH.

5.4 Authorization to Charge. Client authorizes charges as permitted by law.

5.5 Insurance Billing. Client remains responsible for balances not covered.

5.6 Good Faith Estimate. Provided upon request.

5.7 Past-Due Accounts. Fees may apply; services may be suspended.

5.8 Returned Payments. Additional fees may apply.

5.9 Collections. Client agrees to pay reasonable collection costs.

5.10 No Refunds. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5.11 Responsible Party. Parents/guardians are financially responsible for minors.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Autisoul and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Links

Autisoul is not responsible for third-party websites or content.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and do not constitute medical, mental health, or legal advice.

Ethics & Compliance

At AutiSoul, we are committed to providing services that are ethical, person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed. We prioritize safety, dignity, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes.

What We Do

  • ABA therapy services (when clinically indicated and supervised)
  • Trainings for caregivers, educators, and law enforcement
  • Social skills and friendship-building groups
  • Sexual abuse prevention education
  • Transition supports (school-to-workforce or college)

We maintain clear professional boundaries between clinical and educational services and follow all applicable laws and standards.

Ethical Standards

ABA services follow the BACB Ethics Code. All staff work within their scope, use least-restrictive approaches, maintain boundaries, avoid conflicts of interest, and communicate honestly.

Laws & Regulations

AutiSoul complies with HIPAA/HITECH, FERPA where applicable, Florida mandatory reporting laws (§39.201 and §415.1034), ADA requirements, Florida Information Protection Act (§501.171), Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and background screening requirements under Chapter 435.

Education vs. Therapy

Educational programs are not psychotherapy or individualized clinical treatment unless explicitly stated in writing. They are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or legal advice.

Safety and Emergencies

AutiSoul does not provide emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

12. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Mandatory Pre-Suit Notice. 30 days written notice required.

Optional Mediation. Palm Beach County, Florida.

Exclusive Venue. Palm Beach County courts.
